Pondan Baked/Steamed Brownies, 230gr

What you need: </ b>

• 1 egg (± 60g) s
• Liquid margarine / liquid butter
• 4 tbsp Water (± 40ml)

Presentation instructions: 

• • Heat steaming with high heat or if you want to bake heat the oven with medium heat 180oC.
  • Mix eggs with a baloon whisk for ± 1 minute.
  • Add water, liquid margarine / butter and Brownies flour and stir until smooth with a fork / baloon whisk
  • Put in a 22x10x4 cm pan that has been smeared with margarine and coated with oil paper.
  • Steam with high heat for ± 25 minutes until cooked or
  • If you want to bake, bake over medium heat 180oC ± 35 minutes until cooked
