How To Make :

Add the instant yeast into 50 mL water, stir and let stand.

Beat the eggs at high speed for 8 minutes until fluffy.

Add the flour of Pondan Bika Ambon and the yeast that has been dissolved into the egg whisk, stirring evenly by hand.
