Delisi Bawang Goreng, made from bawang merah Brebes (a district in Central Java - Indonesia) which is famous for the quality of red onion. 1 kg (about 2.2 lbs) shallots will only produce 190 grams (6.7 oz) of Delisi fried onions. No preservatives, no flavor enhancer. Can be used as seasoning. The aroma and flavor is stronger than other brands. Keep in cool and dry place.
