Enting-Enting Gepuk is a typical Salatiga Indonesia snack made from peanuts. Peanuts that have been peeled are roasted first. Nuts that have been mixed with thick sugar liquid (caramel) are then pounded or pounded/mashed until smooth and all ingredients are completely combined. The taste of Enting-Enting Gepuk is predominantly sweet, with a little kick of savory taste that comes from peanuts. As soon as the package is opened, the enting-enting texture looks solid to form a complete prism. But when eaten you will find a different sensation. The shape of the triangular prism immediately collapses when you bite it and what remains are fine crumbs of a mixture of sugar and nuts. The prism only hardens on the outside, while the inside remains brittle.
