Description

Composition:

  • Wheat Flour
  • Refined sugar
  • Skimmed milk powder
  • Cornflour
  • Baking powder
  • Vegetable emulsifier
  • Vanila Perisa
  • Chocolate pasta

TIPS:
To know baked cookies are cooked or not, skew the center of the cake with a toothpick and lift. If there is no dough that sticks means the cake is cooked.
How to create:

  • HEAT oven (2000C)
  • Margarine and Butter SHOES at high speed ± 15 minutes
  • Mix eggs with mixer at high speed for ± 4 minutes until fluffy
  • INSERT cake PONDAN Lapis Surabaya then shake again at high speed for ± 7 minutes until the dough is thickened
